Our Junior Tennis Program is divided into 3 progressional levels:
(4-10 Years Old)
This program is designed for young kids up to 10 years old. We focus on growing the basic skills needed to advance in the tennis world. Things such as footwork and basic stroke production as well as instilling the ideals of cooperation, teamwork, and respect.
(Beginner-Intermediate 10-18 Years Old)
This program is for those who already possess the basics in tennis and are looking to advance towards tournament play and further. We take the foundations and go even deeper, catering to your child's specific needs to elevate their game both mentally and physically to the next level.
(Advanced 10-18 Years Old)
This program is targeted towards players with a solid grasp on the fundamentals who frequently play tournaments. We focus on perfecting the physical elements of the game while elaborating heavily on the mental, technical and tactical aspects of tennis.
(4-10 YEARS OLD)
WEEK 1 - Assessment/Forehand and Backhand Grip Review and Practice.
WEEK 2 - Forehand Grip Reiteration and Practice with Progression.
WEEK 3 - Backhand Grip Reiteration and Practice with Progression.
WEEK 4 - Forehand Practice with Movement/Backhand Practice with Movement/Both Forehand and Backhand Side to Side Practice with Movement.
WEEK 5 - Volley Grip Review and Practice.
WEEK 6 - Forehand Volley/Backhand Volley/Both Forehand and Backhand Side to Side Practice with Movement.
WEEK 7 - Running Forward/Split Step/Forehand and Backhand Volley.
WEEK 8 - Fun and Game Day. Color Up Day!
