  • YOGA

    Connecting the mind and body. This class is composed of flowing and creative sequences, creating a moving meditation and increasing strength, flexibility and awareness. 

  • GENTLE YOGA

    A slow-paced practice combining gentle yoga poses, breath work and strengthening & stretching the entire body through flowing sequences and held postures. 

  • HATHA YOGA

    In this yoga class, postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body. Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated.

FITNESS

We offer high intensity fitness workouts designed to target specific muscle groups and improve different aspects of your body.

  • ZUMBA®

    Zumba combines Latin and international music with dance moves, incorporating interval training to help improve cardiovascular fitness and get the body moving.

  • ZUMBA® GOLD

    Zumba Gold is a lower-intensity version of the typical Zumba class and is designed to meet the anatomical, physiological and psychological needs of seniors while providing the physical benefits of the workout.

  • BOMBAY JAM

    Bombay Jam is a lively, energetic workout that centers around the high energy Bollywood culture. Incorporating a fun full-body dance workout with a fusion of Bollywood, hip hop, Bhangra, jazz, and Latin choreography.

DANCE

We have a wide variety of dance workout classes designed to provide a fun full-body workout experience.

  • INDOOR CYCLING

    Indoor cycling classes focus on training endurance, strength, and intervals with the exercise bicycle. Cycling removes all impact/weight bearing exercises while pushing the body's aerobic limits.

  • CARDIO & STRENGTH

    The Cardio & Strength class aims to improve cardiovascular health, muscular strength, and endurance. A variety of equipment is used to help keep the fitness routine fun and fresh.

  • STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

    This class is designed to increase physical strength through weight-bearing and resistance exercises, targeting all major muscle groups.

  • P90X® LIVE

    P90X Live is a total body, cardio and strength training class that uses body weight and dumbbells to build a strong, fit body and confident mind.

  • PILATES HIIT

    Pilates HIIT combines core strength work with fast paced interval training, this provides a quick and effective cardio workout, which is helpful for burning lots of calories, slowing down ageing and boosting the metabolism.
