Enrollment and Cancellation• We do not have any make-ups or refunds for missed classes. Any classes cancelled on our instructors' end or due to weather will be rescheduled • Classes will not start until we have at least 3 students enrolled.

Deductions and Make-ups• Deductions for vacation or anticipated missed classes need to be given prior to the start of the session via email in order to be adjusted from tuition. • If missing a class, you will need to email Carmen at carmen.pham@themissionhillsclub.com. We require 12 hours notice for make-ups or absences. You are limited to 1 make-up per session regardless of how many classes missed. • Late cancellations or no-shows will not warrant a make-up or credit for the class. • Make-ups will be scheduled through Carmen, based on availability.

Waiting Lists• Waiting lists are only valid through the school year you registered for and go by the order of the registration received.

Junior Membership Benefits• Junior members receive early registration. • Access to: • Tennis and Pickleball courts • 1 Court Booking per day (excluding prime time hours) • Pool facilities (children under the age of 13 require adult supervision). • Gym facilities (children under the age of 16 require adult supervision). • Once enrolled with a Little Ace or Junior Tennis membership - you are automatically re-enrolled at the start of each month. To cancel your membership you will need to contact management@themissionhillsclub.com. • In order to maintain your Little Ace or Junior Tennis membership - you must be enrolled in either a group or private lesson.

Enrollment and Cancellation• In order to participate in our group or private lessons, your child must be a member of the club. Our base memberships are the Little Aces ($20/month) and the Junior Tennis memberships ($50/month). In order to receive full benefits we do offer Couples and Family Tennis memberships. • Once enrolled, you are automatically enrolled throughout the Fall 2024-Spring 2025 school year. • We require 12 hours notice for make-ups or absences. We do not accept late cancellations. You are allowed one make-up or deduction per session regardless of how many classes missed. In order to deduct classes - please email Carmen prior to the start of the new session. • We charge by sessions (each session is 4 weeks long with the exception of Session 5 and Session 10). To cancel your enrollment you must email the class director before the start of the next session. We do not accept late cancellations.

Tennis Membership Benefits• Tennis members receive early registration, priority on waiting lists, as well as a 10% discount on group classes and a discount on private lessons. • Swim and Fitness members do not qualify for the benefits • In order for students to receive the benefits above, the child needs to be a tennis member of the club as well. Children, 17 and under cannot hold their own full tennis membership (Family or Couples Tennis memberships).

Rain Days• Rain days are notified through email, We do try to notify you at least 1 hour in advance, but please keep in mind rain is unpredictable. • You can also call our front desk for updates. • Any rain days are deducted from the next session's tuition.

Enrollment and CancellationWe require each student to sign up twice a week for our swimming program so that you can get the full experience. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturday and Sundays from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM. (Weekend hours may be extended depending on availability.) • If you want to start at a later date, please email Pierre Koehler (Pierre.Koehler@themissionhillsclub.com) for accommodations and requests. Requests are subject for review and may not be approved. Note: If you want to register for a later session, it will be based on availability. • If missing a class, you will need to email Pierre at Pierre.Koehler@themissionhilssclub.com.
