How do I enroll or cancel my swim classes?

Accepted Answer

• Our hours are Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and weekends from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM (weekend hours may extend based on availability). • To start at a later date, email Pierre Koehler at Pierre.Koehler@themissionhillsclub.com. Requests are reviewed and may not be approved. Registration for later sessions depends on availability. • For missed classes, email Pierre with at least 12 hours' notice for make-ups or absences. • We offer unlimited make-up classes if you're currently enrolled, subject to space availability and 12-hour notice. • Late cancellations or no-shows do not qualify for make-ups or credits. • To discontinue lessons, email Pierre before the next session begins. • Please note, we have a strict no refund policy.

Deductions and Make-ups

Accepted Answer

•   Deductions for vacation or anticipated missed classes need to be given prior to the start of the session via email in order to be adjusted from tuition.

•   If missing a class, you will need to email Pierre Koehler (Pierre.Koehler@themissionhillsclub.com)(mailto:carmen.pham@themissionhillsclub.com) at least 12 hours in advance in order to receive a make-up. We allow for 1 make-up per session.

•   Late cancellations or no-shows will not warrant a make-up or credit for the class.

•   Make-ups will be scheduled through Pierre, based on availability.

Question 3

What happens to swim classes on rainy days?

Accepted Answer

• Our swimming program continues in the rain! However, if there's heavy rainfall, thunder, or lightning, we'll notify you via email about cancellations. We aim to inform you at least 1 hour in advance, but weather can be unpredictable. • For updates, feel free to call our front desk. • Any cancelled classes due to severe weather will be deducted from the next session's tuition.
